Hello,
Hope you guys all doing good.
This case has been a pickle for me.
Issue: liquid was spilled around the U3200 area and mainly around U4200.
Originally this computer came in for a no power issue; this case is pretty old I can't remember what I changed and it turned on successfully.
Now after the computer POSTed successfully; it asks for the magical critical update.. I replaced some caps and resistors and round U4200 such as R4203, C4234, C4235.. they were looking shady.. I removed U4200 and reballed it, same issue..
I ordered a right wing from AliExpress and extracted U4200, reballed and installed with the same issue..
I have opened the schematics of this puppy (U4200, berkelium chip) but I cannot understand sh*t! *giggle*
What else could it be?
PP3V3_S4_SOC_PMU is 1.1v
