MacBook A1278 main 820-2327 green led but does not turn on

    Hello everybody,
I have this macbook with motherboard 820-2327, with power supply inserted the led turns green but does not turn on, no rotation of the board

There is no liquid damage or short circuits,

    measured
    PP3V42_G3H. 3.42v

    PP1V05_S5_REG. 1.05 v

the initial lines S5 are present
    smc on / off. 3.3v

    I find 0v on the PM_SLP_S4_L line.
this is generated by the bga mcp79, I suspect it is broken and does not activate Line S3 S0

you have suggested about other measurements to do, thanks

    I attach wiring diagram

Power button must be triggered for this machine to turn on.

Jumper the alternative ignition pins but nothing happens, no ignition
