HP 15 La-d711p not power on

Hello my friends

GOT THIS MOTHERBOARD NOT POWER ON : LA-D711P. ans it's AMD

No schematics/BRD available , when power button trigger only 0.009 amp consumption.

PQ4 and PQ5 are OK :
PQ4 = D19v , G= 24.5v and S=19v
Pq5 = S 19v ; G=24.5 and D= 19v

No short to ground at any coil, and 0.488v at senser resistor with diode mode.

Try to get some measurements when button trigger :

PL7/Pl8 = 3/5 valws present
PL 602 = 0.948v
Plm2 = ram voltage=0V... PUM1 = RT8207 = no s5/s3

U44= KB9022 =

+3VALW_EC = present
pin 27 =EC_CLR_CMOS = 1.5v
pin 113 = Lid_sw = 3.3v
pin 122 = Pbtn_out = 3.3v
pin 100 = rsmrst = 1.5 v

no slp 3/4 , try another bios /ec bios and still the same

What to check else !!

Check RTC section specially for RTC_RST# and SRTC_RST#.

Thank you my friend , but without BRD it's so hard to trace it.

U4 pin voltage is correct. On JC1, you should get 1.5V for RTC to be detected. So RTC seems fine.

Check EC_RST present or not on SIO.

pin 113 = Lid_sw = 3.3v
pin 122 = Pbtn_out = 3.3v
pin 100 = rsmrst = 1.5 v

no come voltage 3 pin in kbc. please help.

I have same motherboard.PQ804 and PQ805 short circuit.But mosfets ok.Only places short circuit.I cant find why.I cant find shematic.Anyone help me?
