customer change a wrong LCD and now laptop not turning on.
when plugin charger pu2001 IC will very hot. ic marked re=7c k0f

It doesn`t seem to be available to buy yet. You have a few options.
1. Ask a seller of similar parts on ebay or ali-express if they can source it for you https://www.ebay.com/itm/191992912277 .
2. Get the IC from a donor board .
3. Richtek often sell parts that are the same but with different part numbers,check for a pin to pin equivalent by spending hours checking different datasheets .
4. Check recent compal schematics for the same part.Sometimes an alternative part is mentioned

as it is 3,3V/5V ic u must check resistance to ground and voltages on 3.3V, 5V, LDO5, LDO3 pins

The same happened to us but the screen was not wrong.
