      Yes at pc16 connected to pin 18

          Voltage not current on multimeter , check voltage at multimeter stable

                  Pc16 is attached to pu9 3vs5

                  This supply was dropping we detected

                  Two reasons

                  Either ic or any other components faulty


                  If voltage dropped at pc16 it means ic is ok even after we removed

                  If voltage stable now ic is removed so no connection with other components of ic so proved ic was faulty

                      Remember whenever 3v ic get faulty there is 60 percent chance of kbc also need to be replaced
