Lenovo Ideapad 320 not turn on with power botton

hi everyone, happy new year 2021
I'm repairing lenovo ip320 with mainboard code NM B321. the problem can not turn on with the power button on keyboard. I've changed the new keyboard. This laptop uses ec IT8586E, on the ON / OFF pin (pin 110 on ec) there is a voltage of 3.2v and when the power button is pressed 0V but the PBTN_OUT # pin (pin 86) remains 3.2v it should be 0v for a short time.
    - I tried to connect the PBTN_OUT # pin to ground this laptop turns on like I pressed the novo button with displaying some option start normally, enter bios and so on. Does this indicate that the EC is damaged?
if I modify the power button in this way it will cause a crack on the chipset? because PBTN_OUT # is connected to the chipset and is useful for turning it on.

    Same issue resolved

    First check rsmrst# if 0

Programme KBC EC bios using enit programmer
    Issue will resolve

        Yes in your kbc
        IT8586E

        Enit is simple and easy

First check power button itself is ok or not

Replace KBC chip. They come pre-programmed with firmware so no need to reprogram.

you should measure 3v at leg 1 of your keyboard socket. 0V should go down when the power button is pressed. then it will start. Nova button ( recovery ) for the recovery function. IT8586 IO chip needs to be programmed. Of course, you can get it programmatically more expensive. You can solve the pratic by attaching a button to the edge.
I'm not happy to be so strong. because it's not humanly

                Hi
I have issue with on/off pin110 it permanent remains low
board power led starts itself on ac power no battery and for 4 to 5 seconds then shutdown led and starts again
While power switch is not connected to board does it mean ec is faulty or need to reprogram it
Any insight might help me out

it means it works correctly, but something is pulling him down. or u can have bad pullup resistor

selfstart and few seconds powerdown is ok when holding button
