ACER ES1-311 battery not charging

Hi good day to all , I have a issue of this model Ive change already the battery but it wont charge those anyone has a schematic diagram also for this model?

BAT1 connection (withput the battery)

PIN 1/2 has 2.7v
pin3 0v
pin4 3.2v
pin5 3.2v
pin6 3.2v
pin7/8 has ov

with the battery connected

pin1/2 has 2.7v
pin3 0v
pin5 3.2v
pin 6 3.2v
pin78 has 0v

i dont have any schematics thats why its hard to troubleshoot
