HP 15-ab050np screen colours

Hi, my hp sometimes turn on with this issue, the screnn its all colours.
The mouse move ok and if i put external monitor in hmdi it work fine on the monitor.
I reinstalled the graphic driver but still the same problem...
Any solution?

I have had that same screen on two HP's, one a 14 and another a 15. When the 14 went to sleep, either automatically or manually, it never came out, just showed up same screen with a movable pointer. I just "fixed" it by never having the laptop go to sleep, removed that option on the start menu. HP 15 showed it erratically when starting, usually a restart would momentarily fix it. I am going to try the LVDS cable solution when customer gets mad and brings it back. Changing screens did not work on both. HP 14 was originally win 8.1 and HP was early windows 10. External monitor showed up same screen on both.

Thanks! I dont thing its LVDS cable because the mouse works perfect.
i will remove the sleep time but mine sometimes start with this issue. Don't resolve
