Fujitsu a514 no backlight

hello there. laptop working fine and has screen but no have bachlight. i seen bios screen. ive tried different panel but same problem. anyone can help me to fix this issue?

vled = 19v
vcc = 3.3v
Bl_en = 3.3v
clk_edit = 3.3v
data_edit = 3.3v
bl_pwm = 3.3v

Very strange because all conditions to have a backlight are present. The measurements are taken from the 40-pin lvds connector? Or at the motherboard side?

taken panel side. i check to cable one by one. panel is 40pin slim led

Hmm, strange...
Take the measurements again but on the screen motherboard test points.

I couldnt do the measurements because the customer wanted his laptop back. Thank you for your time anyway
