    how to bypass BQ24737

I need to somehow bypass BQ24737 to work normal. it have ADP and ACOK pins. does anybody know their operating states/voltages/?

What do you mean by "bypass"? Charger IC is required to charge battery and control MOSFET to switch between AC and battery power.
ACOK should be 0V on bq24737 when AC adapter is connected, there is no ADP pin.

I have actually managed to make a board working without the charger IC.

I don't understand well your idea, you want to use bq24737 only in Ac or use it in your project ? bypass usually means to exclude the chip with no battery.
You can use the bq24735 datasheet , for some resistive divider the value of resistors can change but hte result is the same you can check this readinta a schematic
or boardiview that contains this chip

              In my opinion, two possibility.
Or you connect direct 19V to B+ (and eclude or remove battery ) or force the two first mosfet to conduct with a resistor between the gates and 19v to allow the 19V to flow to B+. Remove all charge mosfets and the switch mosfet.

                DK10FG-6050A2491301-MB-A03 missing ACOK
                by bridges_4u
                Hi there,

I have a DK10FG-6050A2491301-MB-A03 motherboard with missing ACOK voltage. Here are the basic voltages of BQ24725A. The motherboard is dead with no signs of life.

                ACN : 19.35V
                ACP : 19.36V
                ACDET : 2.7V
                REGN : 5.916V
                VCC : 19.36V

Diode mode to ground reading on ACOK rail is 0.450V on pin 1 of R6013 and 0.230V at pin 2. Replaced BQ24725A a couple of times. Still no luck.

The problem was that I was not having 3.3V/5V from the TPS51225 regulator. So I tracked down to the BQ24725A which was missing the ACOK voltage...

Why doesn't current just bypass faulty capacitors.
                by Spudgun
Hello esteemed members. I appreciate that my question will strike some as being somewhat childishly simple, but it genuine perplexes me! I have repaired several laptops before by removing a faulty capacitor that was short-circuiting the motherboard, whereupon the laptop would then work. For me, it begs the question that, if the current can bypass where the capcitor was when it has been removed, why didn't it just bypass it when it was present and faulty,? I can't get my head round the premise that if the other side of the capacitor is connected to ground, then why doesn't the current simply bypass...

                BQ24737 No ACOK#
                by battery.12v
Lenovo B50 LA-B091P ... BQ24737 ==> VCC 19V , ACDET 2.59V, SRN 2.2V, REGN 6V, ALL mosfets are OK and Power Rail not Shorted and ACOK wont Pull Low !!! So second Power mosfet will not be active ... is there another signal responsible of activating ACOK# in this situation ?? it must pull down to ground so the signal PACIN go HIGH

Hi everyone hope all are well

I need a little expert advice on a issue I have and seeing as this forum is full of clever people I thought ask here as you never know.
I recently repaired a logic board 820-01700 which belongs to a 16" 2019 Macbook Pro, however I seem to be missing a component near the T2 Rom chip and is U4730.

The schematics say this chip is (M34128-FCS6_P/T) and it also says there is a bypass for it wondered if anyone come across either the IC or the bypass method.
I suppose it's worth noting googling the part package brings up various...
