what is smc bypass and how does it work and how to bypass it i want to know can anyone tell me about it

Hello esteemed members. I appreciate that my question will strike some as being somewhat childishly simple, but it genuine perplexes me! I have repaired several laptops before by removing a faulty capacitor that was short-circuiting the motherboard, whereupon the laptop would then work. For me, it begs the question that, if the current can bypass where the capcitor was when it has been removed, why didn't it just bypass it when it was present and faulty,? I can't get my head round the premise that if the other side of the capacitor is connected to ground, then why doesn't the current simply bypass... -

I need a little expert advice on a issue I have and seeing as this forum is full of clever people I thought ask here as you never know.
I recently repaired a logic board 820-01700 which belongs to a 16" 2019 Macbook Pro, however I seem to be missing a component near the T2 Rom chip and is U4730.
The schematics say this chip is (M34128-FCS6_P/T) and it also says there is a bypass for it wondered if anyone come across either the IC or the bypass method.
I suppose it's worth noting googling the part package brings up various... -
I received a 2013 Macbook Air A1466 A1466 820-3437-B motherboard WITHOUT a bios chip. I got a new bios chip and reprogrammed it. Macbook now powers on but doesn't boot the SSD. I've flashed a ton of bios but still same problem. Windows installation works with this Macbook but never a mac installation. Unfortunately, since I didn't receive this macbook with a bios chip, I don't have the original bios. What can I do now? -

i have Lg AC indoor unit connected to heatpump warm water. To flow thru unit. I have it to heating up garage. I have previus old indoor ac unit. It was only connected to power supply and is was woking.
Now i have new one which has a problem, it needs outdoor unit. It has error, 5 blinks which means that outdoor unit is not connected.
how can i bypass this :/
I need only to turn on and i need only fan to blow, and adjust speed od fan. To blow over a warm pipes.... -

i have hp omen gaming laptop
the fan not spining and i have 90b error
on fan connector
pin 1 =gnd
pin2(fan signal)=3.3v
pin3(+12fan)=12v
pin4(pwm)=0.12v
pin4 goes straight to kbc
is that the kbc is faulty
i try to inject 1.2v on pin4 the fan start spining but full speed
