        Try replacing the BIOS chip with a known good one.

            What is the resistance to ground on pin 1?

                mohm = milli ohm
                Mohm = mega ohm

                If your reading is milli ohm, you have a short on that line.

                    The problem could be with the PCH or EC.Checck by removing R2837,then check voltage on bios pin 1. SL2802 pin 1 goes to pin 101 on the EC through R3050

                      Wasn't notified of new comments. Anyways, agreed with SMDFlea. Remove the resistors mentioned and put them back one at a time to narrow down if issue is with PCH or EC.

                        but the costumer is in a rush so i have to let it go
