lenovo w520 dead

found the board view of this laptop
but there is something i cannot understand....
the problem was that the owner used a 32v adapter instead of 20v, keeping the right polarity
no burn or smell, just no leds no charge, even cannot power on full battery
i am confused and do not know where to begin testing,
at the begining there is q28, the source is 19.6 v but no volt on drain

Measure exact resistance to ground on Q29 drain/source/gate.

drain to ground = 3.543 Mohm
source to ground = 4.2 ohm
gate to ground= 196 K ohm
