Black Screen Lenovo G500 LA-9632P

Hi, i have a customers board VIWGP/GR LA-9632P REV 1.0 . It had liquid damage in the past as he said. I found it very clean except that i found a small short only in one slot of memory pin1 and 2.

Board starts with black screen. I reprogrammed the bios but i have the same results. Should i replace the KBC?

The board stays 5 seconds on and then shuts down.Voltages are ok.

i found a small short only in one slot of memory pin1 and 2. -What do you mean by that?? Those pins are shorted to GND?? Btw, that's not pin 1 & 2.

it was like an oxidation and i removed it. I dont know what the real pin number is but i found it on the first and second pin in the memory slot.
How can i check if the KBC is responsible for this black screen?

Concentrate on why board is shutting down in 5sec and not on black screen.
