HP EliteBook 8570W charger led blinking

Hello,
i have an issue with HP EliteBook 8570W.
when i put the charger on the DC-Jack the led of the charger light white then amber then white again then amber again. without stop.
and when i hit on power button nothing happen.

trying to flash the rom, same problem.

Its not likely a bios issue. Perhaps Adapter is not detected properly.

So, what you advice me to do?
i'm trying to change the adapter, but nothing changed.

is there any other suggestions ?

Hi, I'm not familiar with this model but I'll suggest you check the Charging IC. Check the voltage before and after the Resistor connected to VCC pin of the Charging IC.

By the way, what is the name of the charging IC?
