    La-7912p No Power

    Hello
i have 19v vsb on one side of r368 but on the other side i dont have any voltage, i chkd and i dont have any short and i replaced r368 its the same, as i remove q25 the laptop led lights on, the problem i think is susp i have 5volt on pin 2 and 5 of q25, i shorted pin 1 and 6 on q27 laptop turns on and i get 0.10 amper on power supply. (even if this method would have worked how to fix this problem without this shortuct?)
i have 0 voltage on pin 116 of kbc and 3.3v on 114 when i press power button it goes down to 1v for a short time.
and i already replaced the kbc and i know its programmable but cant program it i get error while programming it after shorting q27

    Check PCH_RSMRST#, PM_SLP_S5#, PM_SLP_S4#, PM_SLP_3# when triggering power button.

I dont think this mb will work unless kbc is programmed.Lots of signals may not rise just 'coz of kbc bios. Afailk, this mb kbc doesnt gets programmed automatically on first boot like asus laptops.

Right I missed that point. EC needs to be programmed.

Which programmer did you use, how did you connect it, what procedure did you follow, why did you replace it in the first place, etc…?
