Ive already disabled all sleep option on the laptop but sometimes it goes sleep

Does it go into sleep or does it shut off completely ?
If it goes to sleep I highly suspect there is something wrong with the lid switch.Comment

It would be important to know if the laptop does indeed shut off completely or go into hibernation/sleep.
The power led does usually "breathe" or blink when the laptop is hibernating or sleeping.
Plug the power flex back in and wiggle it a little while the laptop is on. You might also try flexing the boards a little. Maybe there's a broken solder joint somewhere. But don't bend the boards like crazy! That would cause more damage.Comment

Its a hall switch as rhetoricalcheese said. Get one from a donor ,any 3V one will do.

I have spent the last hour on this and I guess this is just over my head, so here I am.
I have an ASUS TUF GAMING Z790-PLUS WIFI motherboard here that needs to have the BIOS updated in order to accept the latest CPUs.
The BIOS chips seem to come as a set of two: GD25B64ESIG and GD25B128ESIG. My guess is one of them is a fail-safe for the main BIOS? I really don't know. Or one of them is ME and other is BIOS? I don't know.
Anyway, I took dumps of both chips and then downloaded the latest update for this motherboard from ASUS's website... -
Hello, I have an issue with the motherboard. Specifically, it doesn't power on, more precisely, the POST initialization doesn't occur.
