Dell N4050 no 3.3v auxiliary volt

Hello, please I need help, I have a mb that I'm working on dell n5040 part number xf5901 24p... I've checked all the coils none is short to ground.... 19v is present but on the 5v coil I get 2.4v and 3v coil I measure 0.13v ..... I tried to trace back the problem with the help of schematic but I'm stuck, no 3.3 aux volt present and having difficulty finding the origin

Do you mean 3D3V_AUX_KBC?? If it is so then you need to check Q2703. You need to check page 27 of schematic where run power and psl logic is described. IF it is 3D3V_AUX_S5-then check tps 51125 ic. Since you are not having 5v/3v on coil , i beleive your problem lies in tps 51125 or related components.

My question pertains to understanding the control circuity inside a Dell PT434 type battery used in Dell E6400, E6410 and other Dell notebooks?

Does anyone have a circuit diagram for the inside of a Dell PT434 battery and/or a description of how the control lines work to control this battery?

My reason for asking is I have a battery which I cannot get to charge beyond 1% in a Dell E6410 or E6400.
The LED bar graph charge indicator on the battery shows one LED lighted when the info button is pressed.

Hello all,

this is my first post, so if I make mistakes please do not hesitate to point them out, thank you in advance.

I got a Dell Latitude 5420 (Service Tag: 7RFM6D3, Motherboard: GDF40 LA-491P Rev.: 2.0 (A01)) which does not start and I want to repair it. These are the symptoms:

If the laptop is only connected to the AC adapter (battery removed):

When I press the power button, the keyboard backlight and the display backlight are turning on. Caps key light is lightning, but key does not respond to pressing it.

hi,
dell n4050(10315-1) all voltage are ok , but no display
DC power supply getting 0.52 amp. with ram and without ram same amps
i have changed bios and RAM then same issue
plz give me any idea for this solution

Looking for Dell Latitude 5520 / 5530 / 5540 RJ45 network connector replacement

I have a Dell Latitude 5530 with a damaged RJ45 network connector. See the attached pictures.

Have already searched on Farnell / Aliexpress / Ebay and had contact with several suppliers on Aliexpress and Ebay, but they cannot deliver this connector.
Is there someone inside the EU, who has these connector(s) or perhaps defective motherboard(s) for these laptop models I have mentioned in the topic title.

Hello!

I have a problem with a Dell G5 SE 5505 laptop that I hope someone can give me a few pointers on.
[OK, it's not really a laptop, I'm running the motherboard on my desktop with only cooling, RAM and an M2 drive attached.]
I had some performance issues, so I decided to update my BIOS from 1.7.0 to the latest version, 1.20.0.
The computer restarted and the update dit not want to continue without a battery connected, even though I used dell's method of bypassing this requirement.
