HI!

This mobo stopped at bios post code F9. Caps lock 2 flash. No display. Bios rewritten, ram ok. There is only one cpu and ec chip. Any idea?

flash with couple of bios , SOC CPU all in one (PCH GFX CPU) it post and stop at bios screen ?

AMD soc cpu's are very susceptible to failure. Just returned quanta R76 to customer 'coz of bad amd 5000 soc(no dramrst-directly connected to pin 567 of soc). SO do check ram voltages.

Thx for all. Screen is blank, pci-e post card show F9. There is no dedicated vga, only one ridiculous AMD cpu. I suspect the cpu because the cooler was full of dust. I think it was coocked. I try different bioses than reflow, will see.

reflow wont work on amd apu's
