Dear Forum Members,
I have a suspected 2GigaBytes RAM stick belonging to a DDRII faulty laptop with model: Dell Vostro 1015. RAM's Bus speed = 800 MHz
When the RAM is separated from the laptop, I measured resistance on the two sides of every capacitor located on the RAM stick. I mean red probe on one side and black probe on the other side of the capacitor.
Then, I discovered that all the resistances are between 100 ohms to 200 ohms except one that was 1.5 MegaOhms.
Now, I need someone to confirm these resistance values are normal on a DDR2L RAM Stick. Or, must they be greater?
Thanks
