Acer V5-132P 3D3v_PWR Shorted to ground

I'm troubleshooting a laptop motherboard Acer V5-139P, 3D3V_PWR is shorted to ground, at first I thought PT4101 or PU4104 is short I remove those two parts but still got 3D3V_PWR shorted to ground, I remove the coil PL4101 to check some shorted pads, but nothing. It seems the short is after PL4101, I check PU4101, 3.3v and 5v are present. It seems a dead end to me I will not jump to a conclusion for a shorted CPU. Any help is very much appreciated. Thank you very much.

any sign of water damage on any IC?
If no symptom, while the 3.3v coil is removed, inject voltage at the shorted line to see which IC gets warm. It may be SIO or PCH or a capacitor.

No water damage, I did not try voltage injection yet. mcplslg123... yes pin 8 of bios is also shorted to ground. I suspect the bios IC and remove it, still shorted. My last effort to do now is doing the voltage injection to see which parts get warm...

if 3.3v line for bios is short, you can connect 1v power supply and see which segment is warm .i thinks you have a short smd capacitor

Go with the suggestions of @kokono and@caspian. Your 3v line is shorted and it could be anything, shorted cap,pch etc.

btw... I will correct the title of this post, its for the model Acer V5-132P not Acer V5-139P, sorry...
