    Hp 250 3g no power

    hi friends
    zs050-la-a994p no power
    no 3v/5v , no 1.8v on pin8 bios , no short to ground on rail 3/5v , 19 v is present , +3vlp/+5vlp is present , entrip 5v /3v not present , EC_RSMRST# 0v.
    i try another bios same issue
    what else should i check!!

      yes there's a light ..

        Check PQ301/302 for 19V DRAIN B+, PL303/302 Resistance to ground?
