i have a labtop acer e1-531 with no display issue

but if i connect it with vga to the monitor externe hi display on the external monitor ?????? what is the problemme

pin 7
pin37 Voltage did you try with a another screen ?

yes i try screen and the Flex Video LVDS Cable of another acer

same problemme

The problemme is on pin 8 must be 3.33 because when i short pin 8 and 7 the light comme but no img
