if you have a dc power supply remove PQ8801 and apply 1V on either pin 123 to see if the voltage goes to PQ8802 and charging is pin 1&2

I am sorry but i am not sure i understand your request.
Pin 1,2,3 on PQ8801 and PQ8802 lay on the same line, applying voltage on any of these pins will result in voltage going to the rest.

Edit:
If the concern is for PJ8804 and PJ8803 there is continuity through them.

Thats is what exactly @techtiger means. You apply 1v on pins suggested by techtiger on pq8801 and just check whether you are getting 1v on charging ic.

Check carefully for any component getting hot. If you are sure there is no shorted mosfet in cpu and graphics area, you can slowly increase the voltage to max 3v. Do this if and only if you have dc power supply.

Else you can remove PR8806 and measure resistance to gnd on both sides. Perhaps you have some shorting in AC BAT SYS side.

Removed PQ8801 injected 1v on pin 1-3 and measured pin 1-2 on PU8800 1v each
No current has been used hence nothing gets hot.

Before with the mosfet it place and charger connected PU8800 gets slightly warm after 1-2 minutes. It's really slightly hard to tell.

For whoever is interested replacing BQ735 fixed the issue

Seems strange but Power PIN cause many of this problems , restore the initial condition and change It. Not connect Power directly
