The size of the downloaded zip files is 275kb and 306kb, not 5mb as shown in the post.

Tried it on my mac as well, same situation. After triend multiple times it finally downloaded a 5mb version of the file

All 3 marked locations are shorted, should I assume that's short to the vcore?
Can I inject 1 volt in on any of the 3?

Zotac 1660 ti Shorted
Hi all,
I just got that 1660 that someone shorted by touching a metal plate to the back of the card.
I found that U15 (ALNB 9614) has a hole in it. Any idea what that is so I can buy a replacement?
Also, all these caps in the photo measure 0.2ohm which I suppose is short, as this is what my multimeter measures ground to ground as well. Measurement taken after taking off the burned IC.

Removed PQ8801 injected 1v on pin 1-3 and measured pin 1-2 on PU8800 1v each
No current has been used hence nothing gets hot.
Before with the mosfet it place and charger connected PU8800 gets slightly warm after 1-2 minutes. It's really slightly hard to tell.Leave a comment:

I am sorry but i am not sure i understand your request.
Pin 1,2,3 on PQ8801 and PQ8802 lay on the same line, applying voltage on any of these pins will result in voltage going to the rest.

Since it works on battery only i assume the problem is somewhere with the charging circuit. After the resistor comes directly the charging/power management ic.

A friend of mine tried to replace his thermal compound and i don't know exactly what he did but PR8842 (10ohm resistor on the charger line) was burned. I replaced it but still doesn't turn on charger only.
After the resistor is the charging ic, any idea how to check if it works properly? -
Asus ux31e
Hello guys,
I've got this Asus ux31e and the fan is quite noisy at 3300 rpm, tried another fan from ebay same thing.
The temps at this rpm are around 45-55.
Any ideas how to fix that?
I am running the latest bios 214 for this model. I can see that ux31a got thermal updates on the bios version 219 but i can't find it for ux31e..
