n5110 power issue

hi all
n5110 power problem
the m.b power led is lighting but the fan dont run
pl4101 3.3v ok
pl4102 5v ok
u3602 3d3v_s5 ok
u3601 5v_s5 ok
3d3v_s0 and 5v_s0 is missing
i think the problem in 15v_s5 because it is missing
pg4101 has 1.8v
u3601 and u3602 has the same 1.8v
can any one help me plz
i change pu4103 tps51123 but not solve the problem

test PD4103 PD4101 all legs 123 123 voltage,u3601 and u3602 need +15V to N-Channel Fet to bypass voltage to Gate

PD4101
PIN1=5.15V
PIN2= -3.22V
PIN3= -7.34V
PD4103
PIN1= -3.22V
PIN2= 1.8V
PIN3= -2.54V
