dell e6410 power

dell latitude e6410 no power ncl00- la-5471p

on power supply show 0.025

3 volt is ok

but there is short on 5 volt coil

i remove 5v coil

short is on the side of out put this side near from edge of motherboard

i remove all caps and mosfet and measure it is ok

what can i do ???? thanks

i haven't one

can i replaced it with another number

vt356fcx equivalent what ??????
