    Asus N751JK problem at boot

    Hy, This big laptop has this problem. At startup it turns on but only displays the Asus logo then it becomes black and does not show anything anymore.
    could it be a bga video or a bios problem ?

      Both BGA and Bios problems are possible and also several other causes. you can do no conclusion until you do a number of basic tests on this laptop.

              any test on laptop parts would help discover the problem if you mention it.

                  the problem with this laptop is that it turns on displays the logo (asus) then after only nothing the black screen does not give an error nor even remove the hard disk

                              Laptop is a GL731GT with the I7-9750h and GTX1650.

                              Full model number is gl731gt-rb71-cb
                              Serial: (placeholder for when I get home)
                              Board model: G531GT REV. 1.5

                              Issue: Laptop was password protected with admin password. I extracted the Bios with the CH341A and ASprogrammer. I Initially saved the backup. I then scoured the internet for a rom to flash to the chip. I found a file and flashed it. I then read it back to verify and mistakenly over wrote my backup of the original Bios.

                              this laptop have a problem with latest bios version 310...it cannot boot to windows, just stuck at ASUS logo...

                              i did flash bios chip with the old bios version 301 and seems okay, but after few second came out notification saying "please restart to update firmware" and after i restart the laptop, system will automatically go to bios and suddenly update bios it self to 310....
