lenovo yoga 500-14isk 80r5 not charging

hi,

i have a lenovo yoga 500, i replaced to a new battery but both battery does not charge.

the laptop can be turn on. in the battery properties it say charging but the percentage is without change and both battery doesn't charge.

measure all pins of the battery connector while the battery is connected and it is charging.

pin 1 should be between 10v and 12v. it seems the charging circuit is faulty. check all components of the charging circuit according to the schematics.

btw, pin1 can show low or even zero volt ,if battery is dead or deeply discharged also.
