problem in Motherboard (Q5WVH LA-7912P)

Hello guys
I've had a problem with Motherboard (Q5WVH LA-7912P)
(U22) is at 123 (+ 5VS). On pin 4 there are 11 volts and 5678 (+ 5VALW).
But . On (U21) there is no volt on pin 4 and there is no (+ 3VS) on 123.
The R368 has 19 volts on one end. But there is no volt outside of them.

Please help me

Did u check R368 resistance might be defective resistor. Other explanation short to ground at C463 that might pull down the voltage and the remaining is defective Q25 since u have SUSP.

But Q25 Does the head turn upside down when the pins are different?

If you are sure there is no short,you can solder a wire from pin4 of u22 (gate) to pin4 of u21 just for test.

can u provide a better quality or high resolution pic of that section above?
There is something wrong with those readings, if 19v present at D1 of Q25 but nothing on other side of the resistor then this means u r missing SUSP, but how does the 19v gets there. What voltages do u get on middle pins of Q25

When I raise (Q25) from the motherboard I get it 3.3vs
But there is something else I can do if the problem is in (SUSP ) what should I do?

No need for new pic I got the boardview and it seems right. Will check and get back to you. It seems at least u have +VSB.

Resolder q25 and remove C463 and report voltage readings.
Did u get any voltage readings from middle pins of q25

Measure the voltages at pin 1 and 6 of Q27. Pin 116 OF KBC, also pin 114 when u press power button.
