Plz need help Dell e6440 laptop does not shutdown and starts by itslef

I got a laptop Dell e6440 when ever i connect battery or charger laptop turns on by itself without pressing power button & it does not shutdown, when shutdown it it turns off and then turns on by itself i think its BIOS is curropted can any one help me in this

Also, what is the history? Just started this problem or any liquid spill, was dropped, etc. ?
