Check the USB con inside. If any nonground pin touch a shell(ground) of the con, the same simptom happens.

if you have pulse on one side, measure on the other side. Thats normal. All bigger coils are part of switching power mode power supply. Try the board without RAM. Then if the board not switch off immediately, try it with other memory modul.

I have tried with and without memory but nothing, you have a bios dump for try ? thanks

Im having exact same problem on the same m/board. Power on then immediate off (1sec) then repeats continuously.

same problem here without ram satay up if ram insert restarting continuasly change ram but no iffect any idia guys
