hello. it still boots to Manufacturer mode and loses the Service tag on next reboot. it keeps booting to Manufacturer mode no matter how many times you enter and save the Service Tag , it loses the service tag all the time....

this bios only worked for a few boots (1 to 3 boots) after that the machine freeezes on dell logo or sometimes no Display , only comes back when you reflash with bios again. I have another bios file of which the machine works and boots normally all the time but the Fan speed is high (max) and it goes to MAnufacturer Programming Mode all the time and asks for Service Tag no matter how many times you enter it. hello guys , I know this could be opening an "Old Can" but each time i try to open this Bios file with Intel Flash Image tool i get the error: "Unable to open {file name and location} . Ok. That voltage is supposed to be 13.3v according to schematic so its very much OK. Apparently my problem was SR16Z main chip (Haswell Cpu+Pch) needed reflow. Board now turning on and working fine...Leave a comment:

Im having exact same problem on that board. The 5VAL and 3.3VAL, 3.3VA is there, but 5VA comes after pressing the power switch on this board. Bios voltage 3.3VS also comes after pressing switch as well. I checked all signals from EC ite8502e after switch on, i get rmsrst# , ec_pwrbtn#, ec_alw_en# but somehow i dont get the slp_s5# signal back from the PCH. I dont get any voltage on the two top capacitors of the PCH....Leave a comment:
