Alienware 14x display takes too much time come about 2 to 3 minutes and when it start it work fine no issue of GPU please advice me to resolve the issue also update new bios

It sounds like a deteriorating Hard disk , making hard efforts to find its boot.ini , or some kind of viruses and malwares or a faulty registry.. A small amount of memory Rams on Windows 10 can also do similar symptoms . It can be also a combination of the three .
Your best way to start the diagnosis is by reinstalling the windows system .

Thanks for reply the problem is when i power on the laptop the display not come its only black screen but after 2 min suddenly its start then works fine no issue my question is why the display comes too late

I know , but you updated the Bios and said the GPU is fine , so my previous answer still stand correct , and in my opinion , the hard disk will fail soon , maybe in one week to a month , and yet the other possibilities also stand correct .
