Dell Alienware M18x R2, MOSFET markings

Hello.

My alienware M18x R2, cant detect my GPU.

so I took the laptop apart and started measuring stuff.

I looked at the schematics:

And found QH6 is a DMN66D0LDW marked, MN1Z5
a similar component on QH9 is also a DMN66D0LDW, according to the schematics.

But when looking at the board itself, the marking are different ?!

Are those 2 MOSFETs from different manufactures or production date ?

Hi, the MOSFET with part number DMN66D0LDW (marked MN1) comes from the manufacturer DIODES Incorporated. The MOSFET from your picture, marked 702 is a 2N7002DW from the manufacturer Panjit. They can be interchanged.
