    Can I replace AON 6414 with AON 6428 or any alternative

    Dear Friends
    I have hp mobo in which mosfet damaged it is 6414 N Channel Mosfet,
    Can i replace it with 6428 or 6786 either suggest any alternate i can search for

    VDS 30V
    ID (at VGS=10V) 30A
    RDS(ON) (at VGS=10V) < 8mΩ
    RDS(ON) (at VGS=4.5V) < 10.5mΩ

    6428:
    VDS 30V
    ID (at VGS=10V) 43A
    RDS(ON) (at VGS=10V) < 10mΩ
    RDS(ON) (at VGS= 4.5V) < 14.5mΩ

    Yes, but the 6414 has pulse drain current 140A instead 6428 80A so if the power consumption is too hight you have to find another alternative

      salut les experts,
      is there substitutes to this chip? it's on an acer/compal/lb612p, i've plenty of old laptops lying around could be i can find a similar chip

        I'll suggest to use 4921N which has pulsed drain current of 117 which is better match than 6428.

        PS: You can find 4921N on sony mbx223/224 mb
