Dell inspiron 3421 Not Charging short on battery

Hy all friends ,

The laptop is ok ,,,,,its start on adapter, when i insert battery, the laptop is totally short.......

but I change battery, its same problem

Check on the battery ic chip that is responsible of changing the "circuit" if i write it correct, from AC to Battery.

likely to be a mosfet failure around ac -in or charging section
