Q8302 is shorted to ground just I suspected, thats why theres is no 1.35v so obviously no power for +VCORE. tomorrow I remove it to see whats next.
As I see schematics there is 2 mosfet connected the same way so maybe Q8303 can take its place while I order a new one and i can go further if there is more problem.

removed Q3202 something not right around DDR voltage chip.
- S3 and S5 seems fine 3.3v
- V5IN is fine 5.04
- DRVL 0v
- DRVH 0.1V
- SW 0.1V
- all resistors seem to be fine around it

Sorry removed not Q3202 but Q8302.
