ok so if you look in the schematic,page 37,only thing what is between PD5 where you have voltage and PR61 where not ,is the N chanell mosfet PQ48-in principle-on Gate(pin1) must be higher voltage as on Source(pin3) to switch it on so this is first thing to measure.so black probe on 3 and red on 1 must show you some positive voltage.is it so?

Reads -2.15v on 1and3

so,i traced the signals which switchig this mosfet on,maybe i dont understand this circuit 100% ,but i think the problem is in signal D/C# which is comming from KBC KB3926QF (U20).it also support this teory with fried kbc... check please pin 72 on this ic,it must be 0V or something close to 0.

im getting 0volts on pin 72 even i press the power power

i was maybe wrong,kbc have power from 3V ALW line which is not present so there must be 0 :-) at this point - i dont know..maybe with oscilloscope checking comunication from between kbc and charging ic,isolating the traces between and looking which is giving some signal and which one is dead,mabe someone else have some idea..
