FPT tool and error 201 upgrade ME

Hi all
On an asus N550J the bios haven't me region, I have prepared the
correct file but when I try to flash the bios with fpt , it return a 201 error probably due to
Me region missing. There is another tool to make this or the only way is open the case and use a programmer ?

it has to have me region but it must be in other eeprom...post all dumps and i will recreate it for you...
