    Component ID/value

    The part J6301 (the power board) shows in Board Viewer but there are no values for any components attached to the board. There was black scorches around the SMD, I tried to resolder it but the whole side was burned off.

    Whats a value that should work?

    Assuming you've resolved whatever issue caused it to burn up in the first place (I hope)...

    That is just the current-limiting resistor for the LED. It's being powered by 5V. You can use Ohm's Law to figure out an acceptable current.

    5V / current = resistance

    5 mA = 1k ohm
    10 mA = 500 ohm
    Etc..

    Somewhere in that range should be fine for most LEDs. I wouldn't go to a higher current (lower resistance) unless it is obviously too dim.
