Hp dv4 la-4107p restarts on shutdown

M/B HP DV4 LA-4107P(With Ati)

Problem: ZLaptop Restarts when i click shut down.

So far i have done the following-

01. flashed both eeproms.

02. Looked for corrosion and connectivity issues-All fine

03. Converted the mb to Intel Graphics only.

Still same problem.

What to look for???

why convert to intel vga???? its nothing to do with this
usually this kind of problems is dead pch chip.... but check the i/o first

check signal ICH_PCIE_WAKE#, also check Discharge circuit.

usually this kind of problems is dead pch chip.... but check the i/o first

coverted coz laptops was shutting down after 10-12 minutes due to bad ati

ultimately changed the pch and case solved
