    Hp 15 with power problem

    please i urgently need help with this Hp notebook 15,when you put the charger the power jack light comes on but laptop does not on when power button is pressed,i check for voltage from the power jack to the board and i get 19v,3.3v and 5v respectively, even at the power switch i get 3.3v which the laptop suppose to on but does not,really need help on where to check or how to solve it please,tnx very much board model number is LA-A994P REV:2.0

    I notice when you also put the battery inn,power jack light becomes Red which means it's charging,but when you remove the charger and you press the switch the power jack light blinks indicating dat low battery
