DA0R53MB6E0 overheat issue & power off

    Hi,
I'm having an issue with this board as it overheats [within seconds] the cpu and powers off after some minutes.
I'm not sure if this is a heatsink issue as it is clean and the fan spins like crazy [heatpipe burns fingers but exhaust doesn't].
There is a chance that the heatpipe solder is failing but I'd like to ask if it could be the processor as the cpu core voltage is 1,29V [PL20 & PL21] which is arranged by isl6277 at the voltage cpu asks for.
So 1,29V is normal for cpu voltage at bios menu?
