Toshiba c660 no power no led

Hello, I have here a C660 LA-6849P mainboard completely dead. No Led.Have 19v at the entrance of the mainboard and at the power switch 3.3v. It seems a short circuit somewhere.

Does anyone have an idea what I can measure?

Have 19v and 0,63v to the power mosfet
