Toshiba P300 Backlight Not Working

I have replaced inverter, ldc, and even used a screen from another working P300, still no backlight.
What it can be the problem guys ?

Check the fuse near lvds port on mobo which supply vin voltage for inverter. Most probably that is damaged. Replace that or short that. hope it will be solved.

This is an old Lap, and not a LED LCD.
Anyway, here 2 photos near the lvds connector (top and bottom), i can't see any fuse.

Put laptop on charger ,turn it on and measure pins 1,2,7 on lvds conector...write here...
Also check resistor r423 and inductor L28 (should be 0 ohm resistance )...
Asumming that the board is quanta bl5m...
