Acer Aspire 5315 no power

Hello ,
I have a 5315 without any signs of power, the jack is OK , power button is OK,
Already program the bios but the computer still without power , no led , nothing..

Some ideas to begin ?

CMOS battery Ok? 3V/5V Ok? If you measure on time the power on (jack plugin) some volts drops then replace the caps on the end of the 3/5V psu near the coils.

When i measure on time ,some components near jack just give me 9,7V...

If you have permanent 3/5V then ok. Sorry, no other suggestion. Battery removed?

follow the power circuit and see where it leads...check for liquid spills, also check any devices that might look funny(bulgy or discolored)

Do u have 3v at switch button?

i have had this problem sometimes you have to remove cmos battery and leave for 2 min then replace and try boot. hope this helps, i have this problem with Toshiba satellite, i have reassembled the laptop and now it will not power on at all, i will take another look later, did u change cpu by any chance? if u did try replace old cpu.

I leave the cmos out at night , today the computer still without power.
