    DA0R23MB6D0 power issue

The laptop had no power issue [no 3 or 5V].
After replacing kbc KB3930QF system could power on but had no power at cpu - vga coils.
Also replaced southbridge 218-0755046 and now I have power but no signal.
I have one blink at caps lock that means cpu no funcional.
As far as I can remember I have tested the cpu elsewhere and worked.
Also tryied another bios but with no luck.
    Any suggetions?

If you are sure that the bga seated correctly and was new and working then try to clean the cpu socket. Sometimes gets oxidised during heating process. Also try different ram sockets, on some mainboards the first ram must be on the upper ram socket.

I did a good clean at the cpu socket with no luck.
      Also tried different ram compilations.
I reinstalled the southbridge with leaded balls and reballed the vga.
Seems to be a hard one to get it work.
