GeForce GTX 680 no display/beeps 8 times

Hello,

I have got a video card (Gigabyte Geforce 680 GTX) from my cousin that makes 8 beeps and wont display anything, even the vents are not spinning at all. I´ve already tried reflowing the GPU with SMD hot air station with no luck, PSU is 620watts and can power high end video cards very well. If anyone can help me, it would be much appreciated!

What is beeping? Motherboard or video card(Not sure if there is a graphics card with speaker )? That motherboard do you have?

I try to power a gtx 480 and had no display.
I connected 2x 6 pin power cable and nothing.

I got a 1200w power supply.

Then I said let me hook on one connector the rest of the pins .

One connector got 8pin wires. Guess what it works.

So beware with 8 pins connector.

The motherboard is beeping 8 times (Display memory error). So i must connect the 8 pin connector only? I have one 6 pin and one 8 pin connector. I tried connecting separately and together all the pins but the card is not working, even the fans are not spinning.

Did you check that its not a defective fan issue, meaning GPU heatsink fan.

Motherboard is Asus Rock 980DE3/U3S3 with a CPU AMD FX-8320, tried the fan with 7.4v 1.3mAh turnigy Li-Po and it wont turn on at all.
I also made pictures of the card.
