Alpine TDA7592R - no signs of life
Hello, I got an Alpine TDA7592R with no signs of life at all, I checked all diodes and they seemed ok to me, also the capacitors near power input doesnt charge at all + the power doesnt reach front panel. The external DC/DC converter reads under 1V input. Any tips to look into?

Re: GeForce GTX 680 no display/beeps 8 times
Motherboard is Asus Rock 980DE3/U3S3 with a CPU AMD FX-8320, tried the fan with 7.4v 1.3mAh turnigy Li-Po and it wont turn on at all.

Re: GeForce GTX 680 no display/beeps 8 times
The motherboard is beeping 8 times (Display memory error). So i must connect the 8 pin connector only? I have one 6 pin and one 8 pin connector. I tried connecting separately and together all the pins but the card is not working, even the fans are not spinning.Last edited by Monument; 11-25-2015, 11:08 AM.

GeForce GTX 680 no display/beeps 8 times
Hello,
I have got a video card (Gigabyte Geforce 680 GTX) from my cousin that makes 8 beeps and wont display anything, even the vents are not spinning at all. I´ve already tried reflowing the GPU with SMD hot air station with no luck, PSU is 620watts and can power high end video cards very well. If anyone can help me, it would be much appreciated!

FORD 2007 RDS stopped working after cleaning buttons!
Hello folks,
Recenlty got a Ford 2007 RDS radio which had coke spilled on it, only the power button worked. I took it apart and cleaned all the buttons with alcohol, after assembly the radio would not turn on anymore. I checked the fuses, diodes on the mainboard but no luck.
There is one thing though, the "tuner" block on the mainboard gets very hot, I havent opened it yet because I need to resolder the frame first.
What went wrong? Im confused.

Re: Lenovo SL510 Keyboard issue - bad unidentified resistor
One end of the resistor should be in contact with the transistor. I believe the motherboard code is dagc3amb8 and I read
"KXTC8
20020
1511"
on U26 chip.Re: Lenovo SL510 Keyboard issue - bad unidentified resistor

Re: Lenovo SL510 Keyboard issue - bad unidentified resistor
No sir, it's not. When I check for an example "R345", the values are different from the ones in this pdf file.
Here's the image of this area....Last edited by Monument; 11-30-2013, 10:34 AM.

Lenovo SL510 Keyboard issue - bad unidentified resistor
Hello, recently got a Lenovo SL510 laptop. The laptop had a coffe spill, I cleaned it up, put it back together, the keyboard worked just fine. After the laptop had not been used for two weeks, the keyboard stopped working. So I took it apart again and removed the stickers on the motherboard to find any residue. What I found was bad, the coffe got under one sticker and was already "eating" the components, I cleaned the board with a toothbrush and alcohol and found a resistor that was not working and looked very bad, I can't identify the value of the resistor, or maybe it's a small SMD...
